This course breaks down the core therapy and modality codes chiropractors use most, with a clear focus on time-based coding, modifiers, and what payers expect to see in the record. You’ll leave with practical documentation structures that support skilled care and reduce denials without turning notes into a novel.
Objectives:
- Apply correct time-based coding rules and documentation standards for common therapeutic procedures and modalities.
Identify the documentation elements and billing pitfalls that most often lead to denials or recoupments.
