I graduated with a Bachelor’s of History from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs in 2009. Following my bachelor’s degree, I put a hold on a career to support my husband as he followed his dreams in the United States Army. I was blessed to be able to stay home with our three young children during this time as well as pursue work as a birth doula. During those years, I developed a passion for helping women, babies, and their families, in the most holistic way possible.
In January 2020, as my husband was finishing his career, I started chiropractic school at Cleveland University – Kansas City. As a chiropractic student, in addition to the rigorous course work that was expected of us, I achieved certifications in functional medicine as well as pediatrics and pregnancy health. My personal hours were spent reading books to expand my knowledge, volunteering with our church community, and of course, nurturing our children.
I grew up in Colorado, traveled the world with my husband and family, and have called many places home. We are beyond excited to settle and build a community in beautiful Franklin County. My mission is to improve birth outcomes for my patients and help their children grow into their capable selves, as well as allow my patients to live their lives to the fullest.
