Description

Breathing today is quite a topic in healthcare, both physical and mental. We often have patients being prescribed breathing techniques to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and help with sleep. There is heated controversy over the natural prone sleeping posture even though scientific research validates the importance of prone position for oxygen uptake. The bottom line is - MOUTH BREATHING is the real issue. Listen to this presentation over and over and help your patients finally get the help they need to get back to better health not only during the day but night as well.
