As a former athlete and weight lifter, Dr. Chung first got into chiropractic to get help for persistent pain in his shoulder and back. While sports medicine and performance helped, the ability to help people who feel like they have tried everything is what drove him to learn Structural Correction and the NUCCA procedure.
When he was practicing more traditional chiropractic, he was able to help a lot of people with neck and back pain, but knew he wanted to do more. After years of post-graduate training to correct Atlas Displacement Complex, he had a comprehensive solution to help people find hope and relief from a variety of chronic problems including: migraines, jaw pain/TMJ disorders, vertigo, and more.
A national leader in chiropractic healthcare, Dr. Richard Cole has helped advance the practice of chiropractic with his standard-setting work in pain management and chiropractic neurology, as well as his efforts to encourage overall quality healthcare. He has been in full-time practice since 1978 when he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Cole was board certified by both the American Academy of Pain Management and the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. He is a Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors, current president and Fellow of the International College of Chiropractic Neurology, TCA District Director and a past member of the Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Cole holds active memberships in nearly a dozen professional and clinical organizations, and is a published author and accomplished lecturer. Committed to the development of the profession in Tennessee, he has served as lead instructor for the Chiropractic X-Ray Technologist 48 Hour Course since 2006.
Dr. Michael Hall has been practicing and teaching chiropractic for over three decades. He maintains a busy practice in the Dallas metroplex while presenting his “Functional Neurology for Practicing Chiropractors” series around the world. He graduated with honors from Parker College of Chiropractic and then completed post-doctoral studies in neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, rehabilitation, technique, and functional medicine. He has published research and serves on advisory boards for Spinal Research Foundation and the Association of Chiropractic Colleges, Research and Consortium. He also is a team lecturer for the ICPA and CCED online seminars.
Dr. Kevin M. Wong is a 1996 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West. He graduated as Class Valedictorian with Clinical Excellence and Student Fellow Awards. He spent his first 4 years practicing as an Associate DC while teaching part-time at PCCW. He then established his own private practice with his wife, Dr. Isabel, which he continues to operate today.
He has been a practicing Chiropractor and Continuing Education Instructor for over 24 years. He has developed specialties in the feet, shoulders, and extremities but of course, loves treating the spine. Dr. Kevin’s private practice utilizes a variety of adjustive techniques and treating all age levels. His practice influences and evolves the course material he teaches Chiropractors, CA's and students.
Initially, Dr. Kevin’s teaching in Chiropractic began as adjunct faculty for PCCW. Then in 2004, Dr. Kevin joined the Foot Levelers Speakers Bureau. His program focuses on how the extremities of the body can affect the spine and whole-body stability. He is a frequently requested speaker on the topic of extremity/spinal adjusting, foot biomechanics, orthotics, and ergonomics and teaches over 120 hours per year in the U.S. and internationally.
He frequently writes articles for Chiropractic Economics, The American Chiropractor, and Dynamic Chiropractic. Dr. Kevin practices full-time in the city of Orinda, located in the East San Francisco Bay Area. He lives in Walnut Creek, CA with his wife and his teenage son and daughter.

Many of his patients are sent from other doctors and travel from out of the area for neurological care. His patients range from children with developmental and learning problems to adults who suffer from migraines, vertigo, tremors or the effects of brain injury. Dr Powell is a Bredesen Protocol Trained Doctor and is on a quest to help us all build healthy resilient brains.
