EXHIBIT SPACE:
The TCA requires all exhibits to fit within the confines of the allotted 8’x8’ exhibit space. Spaces include back pipe, drape and side rails, 1 skirted 6' table, 2 chairs and a waste basket. Please email Laura Gasaway at laura@tnchiro.com in advance of registering if you plan to bring large pop-up displays or stand-alone equipment. Items not pre-approved will be asked to be removed. Dismantling of booth space to accommodate displays, equipment, etc. is prohibited. It may also be necessary to waive your skirted table and chairs to accommodate this requirement.
Need extra space? There is an option to add-a-booth that will pop up after you select your initial booth space.
ELECTRIC:
If you need power at your booth, please complete the Exhibitor Service Order forms, found under the Handouts tab, and return them to the Hotel by email to: orders.mbtes@atriumhospitality.com.
HOTEL:
You may reserve your room online at: https://bit.ly/3FAqZj2 OR by calling the hotel directly at (615) 890-4464, please reference group code 93Q when calling. Deadline is July 30, 2025 or when the room block is filled. There is a $15/overnight & $6/day charge for parking for non-guests. Parking is complimentary for SCC attendees staying at the hotel.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be aware that photographs may be taken throughout this event for use in future TCA approved publications, promotions, presentations, and/or any other media formats. By registering for and attending this event, attendees acknowledge that exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; the TCA cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
