EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE:  
Friday, August 21
6:30am-8am...Exhibitor Set-up
8am-5:30pm...Exhibit Hall Open
12pm-1pm... Attendees' Lunch Break

Saturday, August 22
7am-5:30pm...Exhibit Hall Open
12pm-1:30pm...Attendees' Lunch Break
5:30pm-7:30pm...Exhibitor Tear-down

EXHIBIT SPACE:
The TCA requires all exhibits to fit within the confines of the allotted 8’x8’ exhibit space. Spaces include back pipe, drape and side rails, 1 skirted 6' table, 2 chairs and a waste basket.  Please email laura@tnchiro.com in advance of registering if you plan to bring large pop-up displays or stand-alone equipment.  Items not pre-approved will be asked to be removed.  Dismantling of booth space to accommodate displays, equipment, etc. is prohibited.  It may also be necessary to waive your skirted table and chairs to accommodate this requirement. 

Need extra space?  There is an option to add-a-booth that will pop up after you select your initial booth space. 

ELECTRIC:
If you need power at your booth, please complete the Exhibitor Service Order forms, found under the Handouts tab, and return them to the Hotel by email to: neve.meredith@encoreglobal.com or matt.ennis@encoreglobal.com

HOTEL:
Note that the SCC will be at a new venue this year!  The 2026 Southern Chiropractic Conference will be hosted at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs in Franklin, TN!

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Please be aware that photographs may be taken throughout this event for use in future TCA approved publications, promotions, presentations, and/or any other media formats.    By registering for and attending this event, attendees acknowledge that exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; the TCA cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.  Please view our Event Policies + COVID_SCC for this event.
