Description

This course provides an overview of the Sacro-Occipital Technique.  This technique emphasizes the mechanical, neurological, and dural relationships between the sacrum and the occiput.  These relationships have various levels of dysfunctional patterns that manifest predictably and can become part of a chiropractic analysis.  Instruction will focus on a transitional pattern that involves the destabilized sacro-iliac joint complex and the lateralization of forces that follow up the spine and into relevant extremities.  Attendees will have a baseline knowledge of how Sacro-Occipital Technique can help their patients improve outcomes relative to common lumbopelvic symptoms.
